Over the weekend, I experienced Disney Springs like never before. Now, select venues at Disney Springs are open 'til 2 a.m. every Thursday through Sunday with late-night bites and offerings.
We kicked off the night with a delicious Italian meal at Maria & Enzo's Ristorante, followed by specialty drinks at The Edison (my favorite!). This was the first time I went to both of these locations, and it certainly won't be my last.
The Edison was an unforgettable experience. There was something going on everywhere I looked! My favorite part was the live entertainment. You have to see it for yourself.
We then stopped by Morimoto Asia, where a secret entrance led us to the Forbidden Lounge. One word: incredible. We grabbed a bite of sushi there before heading to our next venture, STK Orlando, which had a DJ and stunning rooftop views of Disney Springs.
Enzo's Hideaway was up next. Tucked under Maria and Enzo's Ristorante, this speakeasy-style restaurant had the coolest aesthetic and a live band.
We ended the night with a visit to Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar, which was Jesse's favorite spot. The detail in this place was unreal... so much to look at! And, the drinks were even better.
Our late night was a blast, but the fun didn't stop there. The next morning, we hopped in Minnie Vans at the resort and headed back to Disney Springs. We got a sneak peek of all the new things coming soon to Disney Springs, including DisneyStyle, a new store that showcases park-inspired apparel and accessories opening in May.
Afterwards, we enjoyed a lively brunch at Raglan Road, where Irish dancers and a live band performed while I enjoyed a strawberry mimosa and giant stack of pancakes. Then, it was time to do a little shopping. I treated myself to a few goodies from my favorite Disney Springs stores!
With the weather warming up, it's the perfect time to explore all the new things Disney Springs has to offer. Whether you're up for a late night out or a more relaxing day of brunch and shopping, there's something for everyone.
