Make lemonade! Or, just wear them on your sleeves... that works, too. Life did hand me some lemons recently, but I'm not letting it get me down. When one door closes, another one always opens. Maybe not as soon as I'd like for it to, but I know it will. It's all about keeping a positive mindset in the meantime and praying that God will guide that next step.
It's easy to be negative and say, "Why me, God? Why now? Why this??" However, once you decide to let go and let God do his thing, that's when he starts to do his best work. Sometimes, what I have in mind for my life isn't what God has planned. And, what he has planned is always better than anything I could ever think of.
Right now, it's hard to see where he's leading me, but looking back on all the rejection and closed doors in my life, it makes sense as to why things happened the way they did. While it wasn't what I had planned, I'm excited to see what the next chapter in my life is...
