Thinking about the "busyness" that has consumed my day-to-day life recently, it's always nice to take some time to reflect and relax. It is so important to find ways to destress after each day, to unplug, unwind and just b r e a t h e. As much as I like to stay in that go-go-go state of mind, I have to remind myself that it's important to slow down too. Even if it's just a lazy evening to myself, watching Netflix and scrolling through Pinterest, it always leaves me feeling recharged and ready to take on whatever is next!
